I’m still not a huge fan of these charity games. In fact, I can’t really get excited about them at all. I don’t know about you, but the fact that there’s more defense played in an AND1 Mixtape Tour game just ruins them for me. I’m all for having a little fun in a pickup game, but goddamn, at some of these events it must be awfully hard to tell when pregame shootaround ends and the actual game begins. I’ll take DeAndre over Dwight as an in-game dunker any day. I wish someone actually got in his way so he could’ve gone all Jon Brockman on ‘em. The power on that last alley-oop is comparable to that of the new 2012 SRT8 Charger. As Ralph Lawler would say, Oh me oh my!
