Andre Iguodala Throws The Laziest Pass Ever

Although he’s the longest-tenured player on the roster, Andre Iguodala is anything but the most popular 76er in Philly.  As a matter of fact, he’s probably more popular with NBA fans outside of his own city than he is with Sixer fans.  Why?  Well, it’s a long story that would be better told by an angry Philadelphian, but if I were to tell it I’d probably focus on his affinity for three-point shots and his patented crunch-time air balls.  While the terrible pass he threw in the third quarter of Friday night’s loss to the Nets is completely unrelated to either of the aforementioned tendencies, it’s certainly not helping his approval rating in The City of Brotherly Love…

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a new worst pass in basketball: the back-court-cross-court-towards-your-own-hoop-double-bounce-slow-moving-flip pass.

Special thanks to Deron Williams for volunteering to demonstrate why this pass will subtract years from a coach’s life.

  1. I route for whomever is in a philly uniform. Yes that was terrible (the pass) but, you have to keep hope that he realizes the mistake and that he corrects it ASAP! Keep your head up Andre, I’m routing for yaahh! Phillyfan4life:-)
