NBA Appreciation Day: Boki Nachbar Is Coming Back!

Boki!  I’m pleased to use this week’s NBA Appreciation Day..er..Night (sorry, almost forgot) post to report that one of my favorite Euros of all-time is eyeing a return to the NBA, and has already drawn interest from the Celtics, Knicks, and Nets.  If you follow that link and read Rotoworld’s assessment of Bostjan’s game, you’ll see that it mentions strong points such as his three-point shooting proficiency and his ability to play multiple postitions.  This is all true, but they forgot his best attribute–the man is athletic!  Boki shoots like a white man and leaps like a… not-so-white man!  It’s the best of both worlds…

Boki’s gonna surprise some folks this season.  He last played in the league in the spring of 2008, so it’s been a while.  He’s still just 30 years young, though, so I fully expect that he’ll still be getting up to get down.

One word of advice for your return, Boki: Gerald Wallace plays for Portland now.  It may be in your best interest to join an Eatern Conference team.
