Poster of the Day 3/23/11: Stuckey on Bosh

Rodney Stuckey is a sneaky athlete…

What I mean by that is that he doesn’t throw down often, but when he decides to go in for the slam he’s capable of doing crazy sh!t like this.  I remember the first time I ever saw Rodney play… it was a preseason game in his rookie season against Denver.  He drove strong to the rack and cocked it back for a one-handed attempt, similar to what he did here.  I remember thinking “okay!”, like this kid could be a consistent highlight maker.  It hasn’t really turned out that way, but when he does it he tends to do it big.

By the way, there was a poster from Tuesday’s games, I just wasn’t able to post it.  It was by Kevin Seraphin on Gerald Wallace (first play in this video), and I gave it 6/10 Starbury Nasty Faces.

Dunk Rating on the Starbury Nastiness Scale:

8/10 Starbury Nasty Faces.  I couldn’t justify a 9 with the lack of full-body contact.

Throwback Poster of the Day: I feel bad for Chris Bosh.  I’ll give him the throwback…

Back in the dread days… the best decision of his life was to chop those off.  Terrible look.
