Poster of the Day 1/11/11: JR Smith Teaches Gortat How To Dougie.

JR Smith goes up high for an alley-oop over Marcin Gortat, then proceeds to swag-out for the fans…

You can get away with that type of sh!t when you win the game by 34.  Honorable mention to JR’s teammate Shelden Williams (#7).  I decided to roll with Smith citing degree of difficulty.  Can’t go wrong with an alley-oop poster and a Dougie!  This is JR’s third POTD of the season, good enough to put him in a three-way tie for first place.

Dunk rating on the Starbury Nastiness Scale:

Throwback Poster of the Day: I’m not even going to lie to you, I’ve never heard of any James Robinsons, but this right here is a pretty sick dunk…

Apparently James Robinson was a 6’2 shooting guard drafted by the Blazers in ’93.  He averaged a career-high 9.2 PPG in ’94/95 and last played in ’00/01 for Orlando., helping you learn the history of the league, one scrub at a time.
