Remember when Flip Murray demolished Kirk Hinrich in the second round of the ’07 Playoffs? It remains one of my favorite dunks of all-time, and although this one by Lou Williams isn’t quite that good… it’s pretty damn good.
The most awesome, aesthetically-pleasing aspect of this play is how smoothly Lou transitions from dunking to flexing. The whole thing is just one fluid, nasty, insulting, highly-swaggerish motion. Amazing… and when you factor in the heavy contact, this is one hell of a jam. MKG and Greg Smith had nice dunks of their own, but they come up just a little bit short.
Dunk rating on the Starbury Nastiness Scale:
8.5/10
