In an Olympic Qualifying game that took place a couple days ago, Macedonian/Louisianian point guard Bo McCalebb had himself a game. Unfortunately for Bo and his teammates, Macedonia would go on to sacrifice their lead and fall to the Dominicans as Francisco Garcia made 8 of 14 shots on his way to 28 points. Garcia and company won’t be playing in the Olympics either, though, as they lost last night to a surprising team from Nigeria which consists of former NBA player Ike Diogu as well as current Hornet Al-Farouq Aminu.
