POTD 4/26/12: JJ Hickson on Jeremy Evans

There are a lot more fans of Amare Stoudemire and the Knicks than there are of JJ Hickson and the Blazers, so I’m probably going to get killed in the comments section.  Oh, wait, I don’t get any comments.  Alright, so it’s all good if I roll with JJ instead of Amare?  Cool.  I love JJ’s dunk because he takes off from an impressive distance, sends it home with both hands, and knocks dunk champ Jeremy Evans on his ass.  Amare’s one-handers have a unique style to them, but I still like Hickson’s jam better.

And that’s a wrap, folks!  Blake Griffin is your poster boy for the second consecutive season with six POTDs, and Serge Ibaka is his b!tch with six of his own appearances on the wrong half of the list.  Check back tomorrow for the full rundown–the StroShow Award, the Shawn Bradley Award, the Team Poster Award, the Poster of the Year, etc.  It was a great season in slam dunking, so it should be an exciting post this year!
