POTD 3/30/12: Javale McGee on Bismack Biyombo

On Wednesday, Javale McGee narrowly defeated Blake Griffin for his first POTD of the season.  Now he earns his second in three days with a one-handed smash over the young shot blocker Bismack Biyombo.  When that right arm unfurls, sh!t, it’s as if it’s never going to stop extending.  Talk about length…

Honorable mentions to JJ Hickson, Brandon Bass, and Gerald Green.  It was another tough call today, and I was really tempted to give it to Bass due to the sheer power with which he dunked the ball (somebody should probably inspect that backboard, make sure it’s still stable).  I suppose it was that length that caused me to go with McGee.  The dunk looked f@ckin’ freaky, in a good way.

Dunk rating on the Starbury Nastiness Scale:

8.5/10 Starbury Nasty Faces
