Poster of the Day 4/26/11: Kobe on ‘Meka

As I’m sure you have all heard (like 253,453 times), Kobe Bryant was questionable to play last night after leaving New Orleans on crutches following game four.  He refused an MRI, so I figured it couldn’t be too severe, but then he got off to a slow start, and I had to wonder… until this monster dunk suddenly put an emphatic end to that…

Yep, I’d say he’s all set… no need for that MRI, doc.  Anyway, Kobe rarely dunks like this anymore even when he’s perfectly healthy (from the waist down; I know his finger has been busted for years, keeping him from ever being perfectly healthy)… so I was definitely sporting my shocked face.  So was Monty Williams after Kobe decided to do it again.

Dunk Rating on the Starbury Nastiness Scale:

9/10 Starbury Nasty Faces.  Got a problem with that?  Check how far he took off from.
