Potential Adds:

  • Jerryd Bayless, TOR: He’s been starting in place of Joe Calderon for the last two games, and he’s dropped over 20 points in both of ‘em.  I’ve heard that Calderon could be shut down for the rest of the season, and Bayless averages about 17 PPG in 9 games as a starter.  Get on that… he’s only owned in 16% of Yahoo! leagues.
  • Ed Davis, TOR: Andrea Bargnani is probably going to return soon, but if there’s any setbacks or a shutdown then sprint to your nearest computer and grab Ed Davis.  He’s basically good for a double-double with Bargs out of the picture.
  • Gordon Hayward, UTA: Gordon’s minutes have been gradually increasing for a while now, and he’s playing well, so I assume he’ll continue to play.  He just finished dropping 19 on the Queens, and even more importantly, the Jazz were officially eliminated from playoff contention in that loss.  With nothing left to play for in Salt Lake City I expect more time and shots for Gordon.
  • Dante Cunningham, CHA: Charlotte’s other options at PF include Dominic McGuire, KWAMAY BROWN, and Boris Diaw.  Paul Silas can’t stand Boris and benches his @ss on a regular basis.  Dominic McGuire just… isn’t that good, and KWAMAY BROWN is KWAMAY BROWN.  Dante had a 21-point game last week, and he could have a couple more random bangers before the season comes to an end.  Don’t expect much, but if you feel like taking a risk in a deep league… he might pay off.
  • Eddy Curry, MIA?: ROFLMAO.  Sorry, I couldn’t help myself.
