Somehow, Spike pulls this off. It’s a perfect match for the Landry Fields jersey that hangs past his knees. Spike has a unique sense of style which I think is often overlooked due to the presence of Clyde Frazier, basketball’s predominant fashion icon. His outfits crack me up because he dresses similar to how I did when I was 13 (oversized jersey + matching Jordans & hat combo = me in 2001, Spike in 2011)…and he pulls it off… something I was probably never able to do. Spike’s got that “Yeah I look like a goofball, but I’m the man anyway, so f@ck you” swag goin’ on here… and I love it. You know you’re a boss when you can walk into a basketball stadium standing (maybe) 5′ even and be one of the most respected dudes in the building. Keep doin’ what you do, Spike.
